Most tables will last a long time when looked after correctly, we see a lot more broken chairs than tables in our furniture removal jobs. We find that when it comes to tables, they’re usually either really old and totally worn out, or reasonably new and broken. It’s quite reasonable to dispose of a really old worn out table, but it’s always good to see what other uses it could have, as it is likely made out of good quality material. Sadly, new tables are thrown out too often. They’re often built with cheap materials at a low quality, so they’re more affordable to replace, and they’re also often out of style quickly. Try to buy quality tables that will last!
